Procreate is the most powerful and intuitive digital illustration app available for iPad. It’s packed with features that calligraphers and artists love, and it opens the door to tremendous creative exploration. In this workshop, learn everything you need to get started in Procreate, including:

• Brushes, including how to import and use custom brushes
• How to set up a canvas, including custom options
• How to work with all of the drawing tools and settings, including new features from the latest 5X update of the application
• A sample Blackletter calligraphy project from my popular flourished majuscule series, showing you how to use and apply all of the tools discussed in the class

Students can follow along with their iPad or just watch to learn what this amazing application is capable of.

Whether students are completely new to Procreate, have started using it and have some questions, or want to learn some professional tips and tricks, you will learn how to make your own calligraphy masterpieces using this awesome tool.
